About EACOA 2026
The 5th East African Congress of Accountants promises to be a milestone event, bringing together over 1,500 delegates to drive sustainability through innovation in the accounting profession.
Congress Objectives
Since a congress is a captivating moment for the East African accounting community, for collaboration, to facilitate the sharing and learning among congress participants, the 5th EACOA will also be a vital platform, a strategic and wonderful way to strengthen accounting practices to drive sustainable development across the region.
Through collaborative discussions on sustainability, innovation, ethics, and technological advancements, congress participants will explore strategies to align accounting practices with the region's developmental priorities and finally address key issues affecting the accountancy profession particularly economic ones.
